Cancellation Policy
To ensure optimal service and availability for all of my clients, I kindly request that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 40% of the scheduled service price will be charged to your account.
I completely understand that sometimes plans change and things happen unexpectedly. However, not showing up for a scheduled appointment impacts me and other clients. Therefore, if there is no prior notice given and you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled services to your account. Please contact me in advance if your plans change so we can reschedule accordingly and avoid unnecessary charges.
